Grab-N-Go Meals for Runaway and Homeless Youth

Pathfinders is deeply committed to ensuring that all youth are safe, healthy, independent, successful and valued. Lunch Box Notes and Suncatchers for Seniors

Calling all artists! We invite your kids to paint suncatchers as a small gift of joy and sun to 250 older adults who live independently and participate in Milwaukee County’s Senior Dining Lunch Program. Write a sweet note or draw a little picture to include along with their suncatcher. Garden Homes Food Pantry Bag Pack
