Not everyone can be a foster family, but everyone can do something to impact kids and families involved in foster care. Connect with foster families supported by OneHope27 and enjoy an evening of creative play at Tosa Block Party!
We are excited to offer this fun opportunity to bring KIC and OneHope27 families together to build community and connection through creative play! All children need opportunities for creative play and creative thinking. Creative experiences can help children express and cope with their feelings. It provides opportunities to try out new ideas, new ways of thinking, and problem-solving. Play allows kids to exercise their powers of choice and decision-making. And, dramatic play encourages children to learn social skills as they play with others.
OneHope27’s mission is to bring hope to kids and families involved in foster care in Milwaukee County through support, encouragement, and connection in a safe and supportive environment.
Purpose
Build community and help foster families and the kids they are caring for feel supported and loved through an opportunity for fun creative play for the whole family.
Impact
Families from KIC and OneHope27 will come together to join in creative play, make new friends, and grow a community that empowers our children to grow kindness in our world today.

Participant Cap: 20 individuals
Age: All Ages. They have legos for the bigs and duplos for the littles!
