Swap don’t Shop! Clothing swaps are a sustainable alternative to buying new clothing. Bring the garments your kids no longer want or need and give them a new home at the Urban Ecology Clothing Swap.
Activities
Trade clothes and compliments with your friends and neighbors while snagging new stuff for your family’s closet. Please focus on clothing sizes newborn to Youth Medium 6-8. Any clothing not selected will be organized by volunteers and donated to other local organizations.
After the clothing swap, visit the animals that live at the Urban Ecology Center, check out the secret slide, and take a family hike along the river to celebrate Earth Day!
Impact
Reduce. Reuse. Recycle!! Talk with your kids about the benefits of a circular economy.
