Come and enjoy a wonderful celebration of dance and movement in this intergenerational dance hall! This is a great opportunity for you and your little one(s) to dance the morning away with the teachers of Fresh Coast Dance while also bonding with community seniors.
Activities
The morning dance hall is centered around creative movement for all ages. Children, their family members, and seniors are invited to move and groove together to a variety of music, including a few throwback favorites.
Impact
Children will have the opportunity to bond with seniors in a comfortable, light-hearted environment that celebrates movement and self-expression. They will naturally spread joy and light from their hearts to everyone around them. And, our senior friends will have the opportunity to exercise and socialize in a fun and engaging format that can improve their mental and physical health.
