Not everyone can be a foster family, but everyone can do something to impact kids and families involved in foster care. Fostering Community is hosting a special event in December in partnership with the Milwaukee Bucks to uplift foster families.

Activities

Help with Set-up! (All ages)

Kids and their grownups are invited to assist with event set-up. Fostering Community needs help to unbox and sort 200+ gifts into a Christmas shop. Foster parents will then be able to shop for their kids at the holiday party while their kids are engaged in an array of other fun activities. Your family can help set-up activity stations, decorate the space, and assist wherever needed.

Help at the Event! (Adults & Teens only)

Adults and teens are invited to assist at the Fostering Community Christmas event. Roles include wrapping gifts, helping families shop, supervising the bounce house, running a craft table, loading gifts in cars, working coat check, and more. Register for your role and time slot at the link above.

Impact

Help foster families and the kids they are caring for feel supported and loved this holiday season! Plus your kids will grow their awareness and capability to help others.

Friday, December 19 (All Ages)

Multiple time slots available: 9-11 a.m. | 11 a.m.-1 p.m. | 1-3 p.m.

Saturday, December 20 (Adults & Teens only)

Multiple time slots available: 10:30-12:35 p.m. | 12:45-2:35 p.m. | 2:45-4:45 p.m. | 4:45-6 p.m.

Event location is in Grafton just off of Hwy 60. Address and directions will be shared following registration.
