Teachers rock! Hands and hearts were busy as we spent our final Reading Buddies of the school year recognizing the fabulous educators at Thurston Woods Campus. The “littles” and their “bigs” created more than 50 (!!!) personally designed floral arrangements and wrapped “blooming” cookies for their Teacher Appreciation Day. We cleaned up 7 large bags of garbage and one big car part as well as several large sticks. Four kids (ages 4-10) and 3 adults and we made it ahead of the snow and rain coming today! Looking forward to working in another Waukesha park soon!
