Craft puzzles for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House, a place where families can stay instead of having to go from home to hospital. Volunteer with the whole family and stay and enjoy the Bayside beer garden, playground, and food trucks.
This project is created and led by Junior Leader Mckenzie, 4th grade. “There are these awesome people who volunteer to help entertain the families, clean the rooms, and cook dinners. I just want to help them too!”
Activities
KIC kids will be coloring puzzles for Ronald McDonald House patients to enjoy! Once complete, they will also be packing them up in gift bags with inspirational cards – designed by your child.
Torzala Brewing Co. will have pumpkins to paint as well! Make one for you and to donate to the Ronald McDonald House to bring fall cheer to their shared dining rooms.
Impact
The puzzles will help kids keep their mind off of being sick. And, volunteers will be able to cheer up the kids and families staying at the Ronald McDonald House when they need some extra kindness.

Drop-in whenever your family can! Look for the Kids Impact Community table to volunteer with us, then enjoy the park, playground, beer garden and food trucks.

Participant Cap: 50 volunteers
Age: All ages
Cost: Free
Materials: Dress for the weather as we will be outside. We’ll have a tent or be under the pavilion in case of rain.
