We had a great night of service celebrating our 2 yr anniversary with Saint Vincent DePaul meal service at all people’s church.
The kids made thank you notes for all the staff and volunteers who make the meal possible every night. Honoring Miss Ladonna Quarles and Miss Pat with their own KIC tote bag, flowers, and cupcakes from Smash a Cake.
We packed 65 lunches for the homeless today with PB&J, applesauce pouch, granola bars, peanut butter crackers, cookies & a personal note.
It was at the Tosa library, instead of my house, which worked great. The room is right next to the bathrooms, so washing hands was easy, lots more room to spread everything out, and I didn’t have to clean my house!!
Thanks for all your support, so we can help the homeless in Milwaukee!
Another successful Street Angels mission! Thirty-five bag lunches were packed with a sandwich, fruit, granola bar, peanut butter crackers and a little candy.
38 Families, 20 Bags and 1 Mission….On Friday April 5th, we partnered up with Once Upon a Preschool for our third annual Easter Food Bag Pack. This year, we achieved our goal of putting together TWENTY Easter Food Bags, which is truly amazing! On April 15th, Bayshore Lutheran Church will deliver all of the bags to families of their sister church, Hephatha Lutheran, in 53206.
Many thanks to families of the preschool and families from Toddler’s and Kids on A Mission who helped us reach our food donation goal!
A special thank you to Teresa Freding from Once Upon A Preschool for her passion and dedication in teaching our children, big and small, that their little hands and big hearts have the capability of making a difference in our community!
