This event will bring together growing and exp ecting families currently living on a limited income for a day of joy\, co mmunity connection\, and essential support. Each participating family will receive basic necessities\, children's clothing\, and baby gear to help t hem raise healthy children.\nActivities\nThe fun-filled event will feature a variety of activities for kids and their families\, including soccer\, a bounce house\, spin art\, flower bouquet bar\, food\, crafts\, and more. Additionally one caregiver from each family will have the opportunity to 'shop' for all of the baby and toddler gear they may need.\nWe need your h elp to make this a great experience. Please consider volunteering and assi sting in the following roles:\n\n\n \n\n - Greeter (check-in table)\n - Soccer Field Supervisor\n - Bounce House Supervisor\n - Housekeeping\n - Floater (help wherever needed)\n - Store Clerk (help restock the store as needed)\n - Shopping Guide (walk around with shoppers and carry their shopping bag as they fill it. Place filled bags in the loading zone to be moved to their vehicle. Must be able to lift and carry heavy bags)\n - C ar Loader (take filled bags and large items to vehicles. Must be able to l ift and carry heavy items)\n\n\n\nImpact\nPregnant moms and growing famili es in the Milwaukee area will get the supplies they need to raise healthy kids! Babbl ing Babes also offers an off-social-media safe space\, The Village\, for l ocal moms to connect and bring connections offline and in-person. Babbling Babes sees the women behind the mom label and is bringing the village bac k for local moms one gathering at a time.\n\nAbout Kids Impact Community\n Kids Impact Community develops and coordinates monthly service opportuniti es for children ages 0-tween to volunteer alongside their caregivers.
