SUMMARY:Unfolding Generosity Clothing Sort at Robyn's Nest
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE\nKIC families will help sort donations at Robyn
 ’s Nest - a program at Children’s Wisconsin dedicated to providing kid
 s entering foster care free and immediate access to basic necessities incl
 uding new and gently used clothing\, hygiene products\, school supplies\, 
 infant items\, toys\, books and other household goods.\nActivities\nKids w
 ill work together with their grownups to organize the donations at Robyn
 ’s Nest so that clients can find the items they need quickly and easily.
 \nConsider bringing NEW socks (2T to teenager) or underwear (size 2T-6) to

 e the joy of volunteering together as the kids learn that they are capable
  of supporting children going through times of big transition and change.\

 r of the parking lot behind the office building at 620 S. 76th Street. Ple
 ase enter the parking lot at 74th and Main and drive straight back for eas

  ASAP so we can fill your spot.\n\nOur Partner\nRobyn's Nest is a core sup
 port program of Children's Wisconsin dedicated to providing essential reso
 urces to Children's Wisconsin families\, especially those involved in fost
 er care. Its primary role is to ensure that children and youth entering fo
 ster care have immediate access to basic necessities like clothing\, hygie
 ne items\, school supplies\, infant needs\, and household goods. Beyond it
 s initial focus on foster families and caregivers\, the program extends it
 s support to any Children's Wisconsin family accessing services—includin
 g primary care\, dental care\, or parent education—who may be struggling
  financially\, or who are recovering from domestic violence\, natural disa
 sters\, or catastrophic losses. The program was created in 2009 in memory 
 of Robyn Hitchman\, a devoted Children's Service Society of Wisconsin soci
 al worker\, to continue her deep commitment to supporting local children a
 nd families.
