SUMMARY:Social Justice Story Time: Celebrating MLK & Black History Month!
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE\nJoin KIC and the Shorewood Library for a Social 
 Justice Story Time with Rona Wolfe\, an experienced educator who loves dis
 cussing big ideas with young kids and their grown-ups. Through stories\, o
 ur children will get to know Martin Luther King Jr. and his teachings and 
 other inspiring black leaders. We will be empowered to understand and cele
 brate our differences while recognizing our similarities and connections. 
 Rona will lead kid-friendly discussions about race and justice\, and addre
 ss how even the youngest kids can take big actions in small ways. Towards 
 the end of our story time\, we will engage the kids in a special craft.\n\
 nActivities\n\n 	Listen to three books\n 	Thoughtful kid-friendly discussi
 on\n 	Service-focused craft\n\nImpact\nTo celebrate the legacy of Martin L
 uther King\, Jr. and other black leaders and help our children build a wor
 ld where all people are treated with kindness and respect.\n\nWhen &amp\;
