They engage volunteers and neighborhood residents to end hung er\, isolation\, and poverty. The Kinship Community Food Center embodies its motto: In a community of generosity everyone giv es and everyone receives.\nImpact\nKids will have the opportunity to learn more about food insecurity\, the importance of nutritional meals\, and h ow they can help!\nActivities\nYou and your child will assist shoppers at  St. Casimir’s Parish Hall with registration and grocery selection\, by carrying bags\, serving snacks\, and helping clean up. Hands-on orientat ion and assignments will be given upon arrival.\n\nWe will also be collect ing reusable bags to donate to the pantry. Their goal is to eliminate as m any plastic shopping bags as possible. If you have extra reusable bags at home\, please consider bringing some with you to donate.\nWhen and Where\n Tuesday\, May 9th  from 3:30-6 p.m.\nSt. Casimir’s Parish Hall\n\n924 E . Clarke St.\n\nThe hall is located on the basement level of the school bu ilding behind Our Lady of Divine Providence Parish/St. Casimir. Volunteer entrance doors are on the west side of the building in the alley between t he church and school.
