SUMMARY:Prepare and Serve Breakfast at Waukesha's Hope Center
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE\nJoin us in preparing and serving breakfast to pe
 ople in need at Hope Center in downtown Waukesha.\nActivities\nOur volunte
 er group of children and caregivers will prepare and serve breakfast to ap
 proximately 60 guests at Waukesha's Hope Center. Kids Impact Community wil
 l be bringing food to prepare on-site. Your family can sign up to bring ne
 eded ingredients. There is a kitchen at the center where we will prepare t
 he meal. Following the meal\, we will clean up\, ending around 10 a.m.\nIm
 pact\nKids and their caregivers will serve a delicious breakfast filling b
 ellies and brightening the morning of people in need. Kids will see that s
 erving others can be fun and that they are capable of making a difference.
 \nWhen &amp\; Where\nSaturday\, August 23 from 8-10:15 a.m. (meal service 
 begins at 9 a.m.)\nHope Center\n101 W. Broadway\, Waukesha\, WI\, 53186\n\
 nThere is a free parking lot at Hope Center.\nRegistration Information\nPa
 rticipants: 8-10 volunteers\nAges: Recommended for ages 5 and up\, but all
  ages are welcome!\nCost: Free. If you are able to contribute an ingredien
 t to our meal\, details will be sent out in the confirmation email upon re
 gistration.\nMaterials: Gloves and hairnets will be provided. Feel free to
  bring an apron if you'd like (optional).\nQuestions: Email joanna@kicmke.
 org with any questions. A confirmation email with more details will be sen
 t out a few days after you register.\nCancellations: We count on our regis
 tered volunteers to make these projects come to life. However\, we underst
 and illness and emergencies do come up\, so if you can no longer participa
 te\, please email joanna@kicmke.org. ASAP so we can fill your spot.\n\nOur
  Partner\n\n\nThe Hope Center is a non-profit organization that has been a
 ssisting Waukesha County residents with basic needs for more than thirty y
 ears. Hope Center guests include those living with housing insecurity\, fa
 milies trying to stretch their budget\, and older adults living on a fixed
  income.\n\n\n
