In partnership with local social service agencies\, MDM empowers families in need by providing a reliable source of free diapers and period supplies.\n\nWe appreciate the service that MDM i s providing our communities and we want to help!\n\n \;\nRegistration Information\nCLICK HERE TO REGISTER\nParticipant Cap: Six families total (three per session)\n\nAge: All ages are welcome! We just ask that parent s help with counting and/or packaging if needed.\n\nCost: Free. However\, if your child would like a leadership extension prior to the event\, they could ask their neighbors and/or relatives to donate diapers and bring the m to the Diaper Mission.\n\nMaterials: All volunteers ages three and over will need to wear a mask at all times within the building. We will send you an email to confirm registration and touch base before the event.\n\n \;\nActivities\nMDM has thousand s of diapers that have been donated by community members and partner organ izations. KIC families will sign up for one-hour time slots (time slots wi ll be assigned based on availability). During that time\, they will count and package diapers to be distributed throughout the Milwaukee community. These diapers need to be wrapped into packages of 25 for easier monthly di stribution.  Families will count out diapers and package them with shrink wrap. The kids can also decorate and attach stickers to give some extra j oy and positivity to the receiving parents.\nPurpose\nKids will use their service skills to help provide diapers for families who are struggling to afford diapers to keep their babies clean\, dry\, and healthy.\nImpact\nKi ds will see that serving others can be fun and that they are capable of ma king a difference.\nWhen and Where\nSaturday\, May 13\n\n\n Time slot #1: 9-10 a.m.\n Time slot #2: 11:10-12:10 p.m.\n\nMilwaukee Diaper Mission\n 9600 S. This larger warehouse will allow thre e families to safely work in the space at the same time.\n The area will be sanitized between each session.
