SUMMARY:Packing Diapers for Milwaukee Diaper Mission
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE\nOne in three U.S. families lack enough diapers t
 o keep a baby clean\, dry\, and healthy. Milwaukee Diaper Mission (MDM) b
 elieves diapers are a necessity\, not a luxury. In partnership with local 
 social service agencies\, MDM empowers families in need by providing a rel
 iable source of free diapers and period supplies.\n\nWe appreciate the ser
 vice that MDM is providing our communities and we want to help!\nActivitie
 s\nMDM has thousands of diapers that have been donated by community member
 s and partner organizations. KIC families will sign up for one-hour time s
 lots (time slots will be assigned based on availability). During that time
 \, they will count and package diapers to be distributed throughout the Mi
 lwaukee community. These diapers need to be wrapped into packages of 25 fo
 r easier monthly distribution. Families will count out diapers and package
  them with shrink wrap. The kids can also decorate and attach stickers to 
 give some extra joy and positivity to the receiving parents.\nImpact\nKids
  will see that serving others can be fun and that they are capable of maki
 ng a difference.\nWhen &amp\; Where\nSaturday\, Nov. 15\n\n\n 	\n\n 	Time 
 slot #1: 10-11 a.m.\n 	Time slot #2: 11:10 a.m.-12:10 p.m.\n\n\n\n4900 S P
 ennsylvania Ave Cudahy\, WI 53110\n\n 	- There is a designated play area f
 or younger children to enjoy while parents and older children participate 
 in the service project.\n 	- This large warehouse will allow three familie
 s to safely work in the space at the same time. \n 	- The area will be san
 itized between each session. MDM leaders will be present to guide you thro
 ugh the process. \n\nRegistration Information\nParticipant Cap: Eight fam
 ilies total (four per session)\n\nAge: All ages are welcome! We just ask 
 that parents help with counting and/or packaging if needed.\n\nCost: Free.
  However\, if your child would like a leadership extension prior to the ev
 ent\, they could ask their neighbors and/or relatives to donate diapers an
 d bring them to the Diaper Mission.\n\nMaterials: All materials will be pr
 ovided\, including hand sanitizer.\n\nCancellations: Please contact Kitty
