SUMMARY:Packing Diapers for Milwaukee Diaper Mission
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE\nOne in three U.S. families lack enough diapers t
 o keep a baby clean\, dry\, and healthy. Milwaukee Diaper Mission (MDM) b
 elieves diapers are a necessity\, not a luxury. In partnership with local 
 social service agencies\, MDM empowers families in need by providing a rel
 iable source of free diapers and period supplies.\n\nWe appreciate the ser
 vice that MDM is providing our communities and we want to help!\nActivitie
 s\nMDM has thousands of diapers that have been donated by community member
 s and partner organizations. KIC families will sign up for one-hour time s
 lots (time slots will be assigned based on availability). During that time
 \, they will count and package diapers to be distributed throughout the Mi
 lwaukee community. These diapers need to be wrapped into packages of 25 fo
 r easier monthly distribution. Families will count out diapers and package
  them with shrink wrap. The kids can also decorate and attach stickers to 
 give some extra joy and positivity to the receiving parents.\nImpact\nKids
  will see that serving others can be fun and that they are capable of maki
 ng a difference.\nWhen &amp\; Where\nSaturday\, July 13\n\n\n 	\n\n 	Time 
 slot #1: 10-11 a.m.\n 	Time slot #2: 11:10 a.m.-12:10 p.m.\n\n\n\nMilwauke
 e Diaper Mission\n9600 S. Franklin Dr.\nFranklin\, WI 53132\n\n 	\n\n 	The
  warehouse is the last one on the east end of the building. This larger w
 arehouse will allow three families to safely work in the space at the same
  time.\n 	The area will be sanitized between each session. MDM leaders wil
 l be present to guide you through the process.\n 	There is a designated pl
 ay area for younger children to enjoy while parents and older children par
 ticipate in the service project.\n 	Parking is available in the lot in fro
 nt of the building.\n\n\n\nRegistration Information\nParticipant Cap: Six
  families total (three per session)\n\nAge: All ages are welcome! We just
  ask that parents help with counting and/or packaging if needed.\n\nCost: 
 Free. However\, if your child would like a leadership extension prior to t
 he event\, they could ask their neighbors and/or relatives to donate diape
 rs and bring them to the Diaper Mission.\n\nMaterials: All materials will 
 be provided\, including hand sanitizer.\n\nCancellations: Please contact K
