SUMMARY:[MLK] Pack Rescued Food with Just One More Ministry
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE\nIn Wisconsin\, 1 in 10 households are struggling
  with hunger\, impacting people of all ages. Food pantries across Wisconsi
 n are still reporting increased demand alongside lower-stocked shelves. Th
 is is a problem as pandemic-related benefits end and food prices continue 
 to increase due to inflation.\nJust One More Ministry\, located in Glendal
 e\, is an organization that rescues excess food from area restaurants\, fo
 od suppliers\, and caterers\, and redistributes it to over 75 shelters\, f
 ood pantries\, and community members in need. KIC families regularly pack 
 lunches at home for Just One More Ministry\, and this is a great opportuni
 ty to invite your kids into the building to see another aspect of their wo
 rk.\n\nActivities\nThe pantry is set up like a mini supermarket. You and y
 our children will work to assemble outreach bags\, grabbing the necessary 
 items from the pantry and large walk-in refrigerators.\nImpact\nFor childr
 en to grow in awareness of their capability to help others when their comm
