SUMMARY:Mulch Movers - A Playground Power-up
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE\nGrab your gloves and get ready to make a big imp
 act one scoop at a time! Kids and their caregivers will work together to s
 pread mulch and help refresh the playground at Our Next Generation (ONG)\,
  creating a safer\, cleaner\, and more welcoming space for children to pla
 y just in time for their all-day summer program. \n\nLast summer\, after 
 dropping off school supplies\, KIC families had the opportunity to play wi
 th ONG kids on their playground. We headed home with our feet covered in d
 irt and dust. All of the playground wood chips have disintegrated. It is t
 ime for a playground power-up! \nActivities\nWe will work together to mov
 e 20 yards of mulch from the parking lot to the playground right behind th
 e building. Many hands\, shovels and wheelbarrows make light work! ONG kid
 s and families will also be invited to help.\n\nImpact\nThis hands-on serv
 ice project is a fun way for families to roll up their sleeves\, work as a
  team\, and see how small acts of kindness can strengthen a community. Tog
 ether\, we’ll help prepare the playground for a season of laughter\, fri

 children of their neighborhood with programs focused on improving educatio
 nal outcomes and life skills. Located in one of Milwaukee’s poorest neig
 hborhoods\, their organization provides after-school and summer academic e
 nrichment and personal development programs for more than 1\,000 youth and
