SUMMARY:Mitzvah in Motion at the Jewish Community Pantry 
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE\n\nJoin a hands-on family volunteer experience se
 rving guests\, assisting with shopping\, and helping organize pantry items
  at the Jewish Community Pantry.\n\nDid you know? Nearly 1 in 6 people in 
 Milwaukee experience food insecurity\, meaning they don’t always know wh
 ere their next meal will come from. Your time and effort can make a direct
  and meaningful difference for neighbors in our community. The Jewish Comm
 unity Pantry provides essential groceries and support to individuals and f
 amilies in need across the Milwaukee area.\n\n\nActivities\nVolunteers may
  help with welcoming guests\, assisting as they shop for groceries\, stock
 ing shelves\, organizing food items\, and general pantry support. Tasks ar
 e designed to be family-friendly and accessible for a variety of ages. Old
 er kids and stronger adults might be motivated to organize pantry items.\n
 \nImpact\nKids and families will learn about food insecurity while activel
 y supporting the pantry. This is a great opportunity to build empathy\, pr
 actice kindness\, and engage in community service together. Food insecurit
 y in our community is real and working at the pantry makes a big differenc
 e for families in the heart of our community. By volunteering\, families 
 help ensure that community members have access to nutritious food in a res
 pectful\, supportive environment. It’s also a chance to spark important 
 conversations about helping others and giving back locally.\n\nWhen &amp\;
  Where\nTuesday\, July 28 from 3-6 p.m.\nCan't make this one? Join us on t
 he last Tuesday in August!\nJewish Community Pantry\n2900 W. Center Street
  (entrance on 29th Street)\n\nRegistration Information\nParticipant Cap: 2
 5 volunteers\n\nAge: All ages welcome!\nWear: Comfortable casual clothing 
 and closed-toe shoes. Be ready to smile\, dance\, greet customers and help
  them shop\, move and lift items (ability dependant)\, and be on your feet

 jects come to life. However\, we understand illness and emergencies do com
