SUMMARY:Lunch Pack and Love with Just One More Ministry
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE\nJust One More Ministry\, located in Glendale\, i
 s an organization that rescues excess food from area restaurants\, food su
 ppliers\, and caterers and repackages it for shelters\, food pantries\, an
 d community members in need. Inflation and rising grocery prices continue 
 to create challenges for our hurting neighbors\, and these lunches are eas
 y to distribute and are handed out as quickly as they are received. Just O
 ne More Ministry is currently distributing over 1\,400 bagged lunches a we
 ek!\nActivities\nYour family will assemble 20-30 sandwiches (meat and ch
 eese with no condiments) wrapped in a plastic sandwich bag.\nAn inspiratio
 nal note/care card (or any beautiful decoration your littles wish to creat
 e) will be taped to each sandwich bag. The sandwich bags will then be stac
 ked inside the empty bread bag so they can be easily frozen by Just One Mo
 re Ministry.\n\nImpact\nKids will gain awareness and understanding of how 
 their own capabilities can help their community in need.\n\nWhen &amp\; Wh
 ere\nYour family will complete this project in your own home following foo
 d safety guidelines.\nDrop off the packed lunches outside a KIC family hom
 e (Bayside\, Whitefish Bay\, Grafton\, west side of Milwaukee - specific a
 ddresses will be provided after sign-up.) between 1-8 p.m. on Sunday\, May
  17. KIC leaders will deliver all lunches to Just One More Ministry for di
 stribution on May 18.\n\nRegistration Information\nParticipants: 25 family
  cap\nAges: All ages welcome to help however they can.\nCost: The cost o
 f bagged lunch supplies\nMaterials: You will be responsible for supplying 
 the following materials to complete 20 packed lunches:\n\n\n 	\n\n 	- App
 roximately 2-3 loaves of bread\n 	- Meat and cheese for sandwiches\n 	- Pl
 astic sandwich bags\n 	- Inspirational notes decorated by the kids\n\n\n\n

 lations: In the event that circumstances change and you are no longer able
  to assist\, please email rachel@kicmke.org.\nIn order to assure food saf
 ety in preparing food for the community in your own home\, all volunteers 
 must agree to:\n\n\n 	\n\n 	1) Follow CDC guidelines to fully disinfect 
 the surface prior to meal preparation\n 	2) Follow the Wisconsin Departmen
 t of Agriculture\, Trade and Consumer Protection guidelines on washing ha
 nds with soap and water for at least 20 seconds\n 	3) Follow the WI DATCP
  rules on no bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods ie. wear gloves o
 r use tongs. When using disposable gloves\, refer to these guidelines.\n 
 	4) To ensure health and safety in preparing food for people outside of ou
 r own families\, we also ask that everyone two years of age and older wear
  a cloth face covering while preparing the sandwiches.\n\n\n\nOur Partner\
