Kinship's hoop houses provide fresh and local food to th ose in need. Volunteers will cultivate\, plant\, water\, and harvest fresh produce that will be provided to families facing food insecurity in the a rea.\nActivities\nKids will be gardening inside the hoop houses and planti ng\, harvesting\, weeding\, moving soil\, and all things related to the ge neral maintenance of the site. Please prepare for an indoor/outdoor experi ence.\nImpact\nEnjoy a fun\, hands-on experience gardening while learning about food insecurity in our local community. Dress in layers as the hoop houses tent do be hotter than outside temperatures.
