SUMMARY:Fall Yard Clean Up for Seniors with The Eras Senior Network
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE\nThe Eras Senior Network is asking for help from 
 KIC volunteers this fall! This will be our 10th year participating in thei
 r yard clean-up event.\n\nActivities\nThey need volunteers to help with cl
 eaning up after the winter - raking leaves\, cleaning flower beds\, trimmi
 ng bushes\, etc. This can be a project for you as an individual or a group
 ! Do it on your own or gather your friends and family to make a difference
  in the lives of local seniors.\nWe understand the attention of each child
  is different - so rest breaks are encouraged to make this meaningful AND 
 fun! It is a one-time visit and would not need to be done on a specific da
 y but whenever is convenient for you and the client.\nWe will connect you 
 with a senior resident and you will communicate with them on when works fo
 r you to visit.\n\nImpact\nYour children will get the opportunity to see t
 he results of their efforts in these seniors' lives. (Enjoying the beautif
 ul fall weather and allowing the kids to burn off extra energy will be a b
 onus as well!) We hope that all of the children participating will see tha
 t hard work pays off and that they too can have an impact on the lives of 
 Milwaukee’s most vulnerable.\n\nWhen &amp\; Where\nThis project runs fro
 m October 15 to December 15.\nExact addresses in Milwaukee County will be 
 given once registration is complete for the sake of confidentiality. We wi
 ll make every attempt to assign you a home close to your residence. We wil
 l give you a phone number to directly contact the homeowner before your vi
 sit.If you would like to partner with another KIC family on your assigned 
 "grandfriends" home\, please indicate the KIC partner family's name in the
  registration.\n\nRegistration Information\nParticipant Cap: 20 families (
 for 20 homes). You may sign up for one or two homes/yards.\nAge: All are w
 elcome to help however they can.\nCost: Free\nMaterials: Please bring your
  OWN yard tools such as gloves\, rakes\, bags\, tarps\, hedge trimmers\, o
 r a leaf blower (if you have them) for yourself and your children.\nQuesti
