SUMMARY:Fall Yard Clean Up for Seniors
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE\nThe Eras Senior Network is asking for help from 
 KIC volunteers this fall! This will be our 9th year participating in their
  yard clean-up event.\n\nActivities\nThey need volunteers to help with cle
 aning up after the winter - raking leaves\, cleaning flower beds\, trimmin
 g bushes\, etc. This can be a project for you as an individual or a group!
  Do it on your own or gather your friends and family to make a difference 
 in the lives of local seniors.\nWe understand the attention of each child 
 is different - so rest breaks are encouraged to make this meaningful AND f
 un! It is a one-time visit and would not need to be done on a specific day
  but whenever is convenient for you and the client.\nWe will connect you w
 ith a senior resident and you will communicate with them on when works for
  you to visit.\n\nImpact\nYour children will get the opportunity to see th
 e results of their efforts in these seniors' lives. (Enjoying the beautifu
 l fall weather and allowing the kids to burn off extra energy will be a bo
 nus as well!) We hope that all of the children participating will see that
  hard work pays off and that they too can have an impact on the lives of M
 ilwaukee’s most vulnerable.\n\nWhen &amp\; Where\nThis project runs from
  October 15 to December 15.\nExact addresses in Milwaukee County will be g
 iven once registration is complete for the sake of confidentiality. We wil
 l make every attempt to assign you a home close to your residence. We will
  give you a phone number to directly contact the homeowner before your vis
 it.\nIf you would like to partner with another KIC family on your assigned
  "grandfriends" home\, please indicate the KIC partner family's name in th
 e registration.\n\nRegistration Information\nParticipant Cap: 20 families 
 (for 20 homes). You may sign up for one or two homes/yards.\nAge: All are 
 welcome to help however they can.\nCost: Free\nMaterials: Please bring yar
 d tools such as gloves\, rakes\, bags\, tarps\, hedge trimmers\, or a leaf
  blower (if you have them) for yourself and your children.\nQuestions: Ple
