They provide necessities such as food\, hygiene items\, clothing\, and access to bathe in a mobile shower t railer. Alongside the basics\, the volunteers provide warm coffee and snac ks\, encouraging fellowship and emotional support while creating a sense o f community.\n\nActivities\nYour family will distribute our winter hygiene kits or breakfast on-the-go bags to the men\, women\, and children who vi sit the weekly Saturday morning outreach program. You may also have the op portunity to help distribute clothing\, and blankets or serve coffee and s nacks.\n\nImpact\nYour children will gain firsthand experience with Milwau kee residents living with housing insecurity and learn that they can make a big difference and help create change in their community by spreading wa rmth and love throughout Milwaukee.\n\nWhen &\; Where\nSaturday\, Jan. 20 from 7:45-9:15 a.m.\nKosciuszko Park\n2201 S. 7th Street\, Milwaukee 53 215\n\nRegistration Information\nParticipant Cap: 5 volunteers\nAge: Age 1 2+\nCost: Free\nMaterials: Dress for the weather as you will be outside fo r the full hour and a half.
