DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE\nImagine a world where every child feels seen\, u
 nderstood\, and celebrated! This KIC family event is all about fostering e
 mpathy and building incredible friendships. \n\nIf your 4-10 year-old know
 s at least 30 children\, there is likely an autistic one among them. Peopl
 e with autism experience the world differently\, and it really helps "neur
 otypical" children\, or those whose central nervous systems are developing
  as expected\, to know what autism might look like in people they know or 
 would like to get to know. \nActivities\nJoin us for an engaging session w
 ith Chelsea Budde\, a professional consultant and parent who's been teachi
 ng kids about autism acceptance for nearly two decades. Your child will ga
 in new knowledge and learn how to foster amazing friendships with all kind
 s of brains!\n\nAfter our discussion\, we'll roll up our sleeves to create
  sensory bags\, designed to bring joy and support to children and families
  in St. Francis Children's Center's (SFCC) birth-to-three program. It's a 
 powerful way to learn\, connect\, and give back. Your child will get to ta
 ke home a sensory bag too!\nImpact\nAt this KIC Family Project\, we intend
  for you to:\n\n 	\n\n 	- Help your child develop flexible and inclusive s
 ocial skills.\n 	- Create meaningful sensory bags for kids at SFCC.\n 	- S
 pend quality time volunteering as a family.\n 	- Learn about autism in a w
