SUMMARY:April Monthly Meal Program
DESCRIPTION:Monthly Taco Night is back! KIC families will have the opportun
 ity to prepare and serve over 100 in-person hot and nutritious meals for a
 dult and children guests of St. Vincent De Paul (SVDP).\n\nWe will work t
 ogether to prepare the meals prior to guest arrival and serve the meals up
 on arrival of the guests in the basement of  All Peoples Church in the 
 Harambee neighborhood of Milwaukee. St. Vincent De Paul meal program pro
 vides meals throughout the year\, and dinners are provided by various ch
 aritable organizations five nights a week. KIC is thrilled to be back at S
 VDP – where we served monthly prior to March 2020.\nActivities\nParticip
 ants will prepare the dining room and serve food for individuals living w
 ith food insecurity. Specific activities will include the following:\n\n 	
 Stuff utensils and napkin bags\n 	Set out tacos ingredients\, condiments\,
  rice\, beans\, fruit\, and cookies.\n 	Prepare to-go containers with a f
 ull meal\n 	Hand out the meals to dinner guests\n 	Basic clean up at meal 
 site post-meal service (sweeping\, wiping down tables\, etc.)\n\nPurpose\
 nChildren will serve and act with compassion towards others.\nImpact\nCh
 ildren and their caregivers will serve a healthy meal for guests of the S
 t. Vincent De Paul Meal Program.\nWhen and Where\nThursday\, April 20 from
