Pathfinders is deeply committed to ensuring that all youth are safe, healthy, independent, successful and valued. Pathfinders Drop-In Center provides basic needs assistance and intensive case management to homeless and vulnerable youth ages 14-25. The center provides programs focusing on employment, education, independent living skills and social support services. Additionally, the center provides access to bus tickets, hygiene products, clothing, laundry, shower facilities and food. Amidst the current realities with COVID-19, the center has switched to providing grab-n-go meals.

That is where we come in!
